Random Updates...

Woke up at 8am this morning
I'm totally late for class
After much thought
I didn't mind that much
As Ms. Dheeba is always late for class...

Upon reaching the college main entrance
It's already 8:25am
Before entering the classroom
Was shocked to see Michelle
sleeping on the table which is outside the classroom's corridor...

Ms Dheeba entered the class at 8:32am
It's just on time for us to start the mid-term exam
Answer sheet and question paper was distributed...

Here are the questions :
Question 1
Ms. Faraday , the Human Resources Department is writing to inform all employees about the Company picnic on 8th of December 2007. All employees were suppose to report to their department manager on their attendance by 7th of December 2007.

Question 2
(a) List out the characteristics that a good resume should have.
(b) Explain your answers for the above given characteristics.

Question 3

(a) List 8 types of communication that can happened between the suppliers and the customer in business.
(b) Write 5 implications of online advertisement.

I managed to finish it just on time
Next is Ms Mak's FOP class
She took just about 15 minutes
To finish her lecture on the topic "function"
Then, she started with revision and giving some tips for the mid-term

To conclude,
Today's FOP class is not 2 hours as usual
It's just only about 50 minutes.

At last,
there's a new topic for IWT today.
We've now starting with the lecture on "Java Script"

Had lunch with Mr Mah
At Sri Hartamas
It's been a long time that I've not met him
Time really passes so fast...

I reached home about 4:25pm
Was thinking to text Nelson not to call me
As I was totally exhausted.
While I never realised that
I wrote the message
But just fall asleep without sending it to him
Hahaha...

Anyway,
after about 5-10 minutes
Nelson just rang me up
I kinda don't know how to react
When I heard Miss Melissa's voice
Anyway, I just wished her "Happy Birthday"

Just That 1 Small Inch...

Recently, I'm again having insomnia
I really don't know what troubles me
Most of my friends said that
My pressure comes from the exam phobia
I disagree with it

Fortunately, I didn't got up at 7am
A good sleep till 9 something
I had no class this morning
But I headed back to college
Returned all the C language books
That I had borrowed last Thursday

After going to the library
I drove back home
I don't know whether I'm not concentrating
or
I don't even bother to look left and right
when I'm turning out from the junction

In the end...
I almost created an accident...
Thank God that the driver managed to break immediately...
Anyway,
Sharene, I'm really sorry for it !!!

Lecturer or Students' Mistake???

We were assigned with a question today by Ms Yennee to test us on the topic "Creating Image Maps" that she taught us yesterday. She's like emphasizing on it, and she used almost 2 days to finish this topic (this means that it is coming out for our finals)...

What is an Image Map ???
A list of coordinates relating to a specific image, created in order to hyperlink areas of the image to various destinations (as opposed to a normal image link, in which the entire area of the image links to a single destination). For example, a map of the world may have each country hyperlinked to further information about that country. The intention of an image map is to provide an easy way of linking various parts of an image without dividing the image into separate image files.

****************************************************************************************************************************************

I've never seen a lecturer who is so irresponsible. We're suppose to have an extra hour of FOP at 10am. Guess what??? Ms Yennee informed us that Ms Mak suddenly canceled the 1 hour extra class. After all of us entered the lab at 11am, Ms Mak just apologise that she canceled the class due to bringing her own private car for service.... Great!!! Then, immediately she call us to hand in our homework...

~ ~ She began nagging ~ ~
"You all better pass up your homework now, I count until three. If you all don't pass up, don't give me or even call me to mark...." (Sigh, this is what I call an irresponsible lecturer)

~~Then, she called my name ~~
Ms Mak : "Agnes, you think your program can compile ah ?"
Me :"Yup, I've tried with the cygwin compiler, it works."
Ms Mak : "You sure a not, you better change your answer and pass it back on Monday."
Me : "Ms Mak, my answer really works, if you don't believe you can call Nicholas to try it out."
Ms Mak : "I don't care, you pass it on Monday."

At that time, I'm really angry and I just went to the front to take back my paper without asking her permission. Anyway, I can proof it to her that my answers are correct. There were no syntax error at all..

~~ Then she added something, advising this whole phrase to the whole class ~~
"Please ah... Some of you the learning attitude is really very bad you know. If you really want to be to learn in my class, please change your learning attitude. I don't care, even if you all fail, I also receive my salary. If you all not paying attention, I also receive my salary..."

OMG!!!
I really don't know how to comment on her... I'm really pissed by her... I've never seen a lecturer like her... Since she just want salary, no offence here to say, I would really suggest that she should teach either in a PRIMARY SCHOOL or a SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHER, NOT in a COLLEGE or UNIVERSITY LECTURER!!!

1 Day Trip ( KL - PJ )

My uncle picked me up at 7:45am
Headed down to KLCC's Park
Reached about 8:25am
We've planned to have a mini picnic beside the children playground

My 2 cousin brothers having fun at the children playground
My aunts leisurely walked around the park
And myself walking around capturing random photos

While I walked till this area where the swings were located
I saw this group of people
They were all in orange T-shirt
With the 2008 Beijing Olympic torch logo behind
I guess they were the committee members of some social teamwork

Next
what I met was the Chief Editor of Sin Chew Jit Poh's Metro Part
He was with a group of photographers
Busy capturing nice shot of the children

Can you spot the difference between these four pictures ?

My uncle and my youngest cousin brother waiting for the mini-shallow swim pool to open (opening hours : 10:00 am)

Went to KLCC at 10:30am
My uncle get to buy the movie tickets
The Incredible Hulk at 13:20
After lunch at Spring Garden (the one opposite Mdm Kwan)
We headed to the cinema

This is a capture of the crowds in TGV, KLCC

After the movie The Incredible Hulk at KLCC
I have to rush back to Cathay Cinema, PJ
To watch The Missing

That's all for today's post...
I'm kinda exhausted now...
Hahaha...

Movie Rating (The Incredible Hulk) : 6/10
Movie Rating ( The Missing) : 8/10

Movie Gathering @ KLCC

I’m kinda pissed off when I started my journey at 11:15am
The Putra LRT stopped at Bangsar station for about 15 minutes
And also at KL Sentral for 10 minutes
Met up Nelz at Masjid Jamek Station
Nelz, sorry for being late…

Reached KLCC at about 12:05pm
Immediately headed to the cinema counter for the movie tickets
Raymond, I’m sorry that I texted you 2ce for the reservation number
At first I remember, but after replying Ting’s & Winnie’s SMS-es
I became a “lost memory person"
Thanks anyway…

After collecting the movie tickets
Nelz had his brunch at the food court
It’s been a year I’ve not eaten 1901’s hotdog
Unfortunately, I had heavy breakfast
So I ended up just finishing the mashed potato…

When we were hanging around the shops at 4th floor
Raymond finally reached to meet us up
Here is a joke between Raymond and Nelz while we walked past the shops
“window shopping” meant “shopping around without buying anything”
They defined “window shopping” as “spotting the best shop’s window glass and then purchase it”

While waiting for Winnie
We ended up in Toy City & Puzzle World
Winnie managed to reach at about 5 minutes before 2pm
Before entering the cinema
I was totally blur when we’re buying popcorn and coke
Honestly I’ve never tried buying popcorn at the counter
So guys, now you know how blur was I at that time ???

Lets switch to another topic
I really recommend you to watch the movie – Get Smart
It is really funny and enjoying
That’s why its rated action and comedy
Better grab your tickets as soon as possible !!!

Movie Rating : 8/10

After the movie, we 3 accompanied Winnie for shopping
At last Winnie bought a t-shirt at PDI
What shocked me was I broke my own record
I’ve never tried not stepping into Kinokuniya if I’m in KLCC
It’s a habitual routine that I will always finish reading a book in Kinokuniya…

Anyway, it’s really a great movie gathering today
Keep the following words in mind
“While hanging out with friends
It is better just to have 4-5 friends
Rather than having many friends around”

Adioz!!!

*****************************************************************************************************************

I never knew that
YOU've been so smart
that
YOU went to find my foster brother
Told him all the fake stories
I'm glad that my foster brother
Knew how to analyse YOUR words
Don't YOU know
No matter what happens
My foster brother will always side on me
YOU are really inhuman

I suppose to be enjoying
The SUPER-GT race with YOU
Today and tomorrow
But this is the way
Of how YOU've turned everything into a havoc

Don't push all the mistakes on me
YOU're the one who is making mistakes
Wrong in actions, words & personality
This is my last post of YOU
Don't stay in my life anymore !!!

Stay Away From Memories

YOU lied to me in everything
It’s been after 2 years
YOU said that I’ve changed
Honestly who has changed
It’s YOU
YOU totally disappoint me again yesterday
I’ve never knew that YOU’re those kind of people
Looks like what happened yesterday
meant nothing to YOU
I’m giving up
I’m staying away from YOU
and
Swear not to see YOU in my life again
Go ahead with the person
That YOU’re eager to be with
Cheating on me
Made me curse YOU
To have a “bad” ending
This is the best punishment for YOU

Nelz
thanks for the accompaniment last night
sorry to make you worry

*************************************************************************************

I’m totally disappointed on X
All the cover up stories
Have been retrieved today
I thought X thinks differently now
I’ve totally changed
Did X realise
I suggest
Just put a microchip
Into my flesh
I’ve never knew that
X has been checking on me
Through “Friend Finder”
I don’t want to mention the past
All the bad stuff that happened
In the past
Just let it be
But
X has totally disappoint me
Been checking on me again
"Pls check if she is at APIIT College as she have lunch with APIIT friends"
It is what X sent to HIM
I'm really disappointed on X
Don’t make me hate X
Just don’t

Reunion @ APIIT

After Ms. Dheeba’s HCIS class
I headed to the library at about 10:40am
Searching for C language programming books
So that I can catch up with Ms Mak's lesson next week...

Ms Dheeba is just a useless lecturer

She kinda forget about the mid-term exam
It suppose to be on the 23 June
She even haven’t finish her first chapter’s lecture...

Even though I was brave to ask YOU
I knew that YOU still won't let me drive
Though YOU are trying to hide the reason from HIM and I
I’ve predicted, I’ve knew it – Just don’t make me hate YOU for this ...

Planning to visit a place with beautiful memories
Made me hesitated for a long time in the library
I don’t want to disturb “them” with the assignments given
But I don’t want to disappoint my friends...

An offensive topic came into our minds
If you mention the word “black”
If we are Malaysians
Just put the "skin colour" topic away...

Thank you very much, Raymond & Shasi
Willing to spend your time at Carrefour
Raymond, I guess CYGWIN will interest you to learn more about it
Shasi, did you enjoy the mcd’s French Fries... Hehehe…

Ting, Vivi, MinMin, Winnie, Teng
Glad to meet 5 of you again in our “old place”
Honestly, I was kinda disappointed to hear that 5 of you went out for lunch
I guess God gave me the chance to have a “reunion lunch” with all of you...

Isaac, I’ve heard that you’re driving
But never expected that you can park a car so close to the next car
I really salute your parking skills with driving a manual car
Anyway, Drive safe, don’t drive recklessly just like me :P

I’ve never expected YOU to come back that fast
I’ve almost think that YOU'll leave KL forever
We suppose to have a good ending with others today evening
But once again you’ve made me hate YOU and stay away from YOU...

YOU should keep in mind and remember
I will never meet YOU again and fall into YOUR "traps"
Even if YOU're back in KL
Or I'm back
in Osaka to visit my aunt ...

IT People's Technique of Energy Saving & Money Saving

The approaching of the high prices era, in order to have a better life, most of us must change our daily habits. Most important of all, we IT people certainly is no exception. We also have to start thorough taking the first step by the computer power-saving.

Do you know how much does a computer consume the voltage? Normally a PC consumes about 65 to 250 Watt. If it is a gamer’s computer, it will consume as high as 400 Watt. If it is a normal personal laptop, it consumes 15 to 45 Watt. I think you will know that gadgets like monitors, printer, modem and speaker also consumes power.

Even though sometimes our computer is in a STANDBY mode, can you believe that it still consumes power. The saying that goes “to restart the computer rather than leaving it in a sleep mode consumes more power” is totally a wrong concept. So, if you’re not using the computer just switch it off.

If you want to practice power-saving, try changing your habit to use Mini Notebook rather than PC. Nowadays, the pricing range for a mini notebook is not more than RM2500, while it is fully functioned which meets the daily needs of the general.

Let’s look at this table on the power consumption of a normal PC :

Computer

PC

60 ~ 250 Watt

Laptop

15 ~ 45 Watt

Sleep/Standby Mode

1 ~ 6 Watt

Monitor

Normal 17CRT

80 Watt

Normal 17 LCD

35 Watt

Sleeping Mode

0 ~ 15 Watt

Close

0 ~ 10 Watt

Here, let me introduce 2 software in order to practice the power-saving habit:
1) Processor power-saving software
Two processors in the b
usiness aspects had the effort to do research on of power-saving. It is because computer processor is the most crucial group of the entire computer power consumption.
This software is based on the user's application. It automatically adjusts the processor’s clock, and also achieves the efficient cooling effect.

Software : RightMark CPU Clock Utility
Version : 2.3.5
Size : 472 KB

2) Vista Power-saving Gadget
Many people complain that Vista consumes more power than Windows XP. The software on this site stated that if some of the functions were switched off, we can save about 70% of the power! Do not hesitate anymore, quickly download it!!!

Updates of 16 & 17 June 2008

16 June 2008, Monday
It’s time to be back for work again… Sigh… Listening to Ms Dheeba’s lecture in this early morning will really make you fall back into slumber… Anyway, I can’t believe that she’s still lecturing on the topic - “Communication”. I kept on wondering, when she will be free to post up all her slides into KCN... I really cannot understand why she is not concern about it as our mid-term is approaching soon... (5 more days to go)

I was totally irritated by Ms Mak during FOP class. In my opinion, lecturers should keep their phone in a silent mode when they’re lecturing. Even though how important is the call, lecturers should turn it into silent mode, and also not to take the advantage to listen to other phone calls too… Today’s FOP class is totally disturbed by all the unwanted calls. She was telling us that she’s waiting for her daughter’s phone call, but can’t she just ignore the other phone calls??? This is really too much!!!

IWT was fun as Ms Yennee showed us lots of great examples of CSS websites. Suddenly, she mentioned the sentence - “tomorrow I will give all of you a test.”, which really shocked us. Anyway, it was just a joke, she wanted to make us awake …

Sigh… Recently more and more people beside me are just leaving one by one… It’s really hard to accept the fact that all these close friends and relatives are leaving Malaysia… I’m here to wish you all “All the best, and we shall keep in touch…” Forest, you’re the one who really shocked me that you’re leaving to Japan. I couldn’t believe that I’ve just known you last month, and this month you’re telling me that you’re leaving… Anyway, I wish you all the best in your future, and I hope you will be able to show your potential in your new company…

Bon Voyage, my dear friends and relatives……

***********************************************************************************

17 June 2008, Tuesday
Ms Yennee started her class punctually today. She managed to overcome her habit of being late… *Thumbs up* Anyway, today’s IWT is a tutorial session. She gave us a question on the whiteboard.

The question goes like this :
Design a webpage with XHTML and Embedded CSS tags, include a non-scrollable image background.
Heading
3 types (aligned left, center and right)
font : Verdana
Color : Black
Body
minimum 2 paragraphs
aligned center
font : Verdana
Color : individual choice

*** Save the file as page.html

Anyway, most of us finished it on time (exactly 2 hours). Anyway, it was just like the experience of a test, a practical test… Great…

Reminder :
tomorrow (18/06/2008) – FOP 30 minutes Quiz

Update of 14th June 2008, Saturday

Went down to Low Yat Plaza with Michelle, my course mate. Was planning to search for this CYGWIN software. Although I knew that the chances of getting it at either Low Yat Plaza or Imbi Plaza is that little, I won’t give up in this “software searching program”… hahaha…

Nelson waited for us at Bukit Bintang’s Monorail Station then headed to Low Yat Plaza. We’ve tried our effort to search it at every floor but it’s just nowhere could be found… Anyway, we ended up eating lunch before 1pm at a Japanese Restaurant (the one opposite Old Town White Coffee, can't remember the name of the shop). It’s been just my 2nd time dining in this restaurant. I truly recommend this restaurant to you because the taste is good and the price is also reasonable.

Ended up we went back to Sg Wang. It’s Nelz turn to search for what he wants… We can’t find it at Sg Wang and Time Square, I’m sure he will get it at a suitable place which is convenient for him… Anyway, the mission of searching this “thing” failed at Sg Wang. Again, Nelz, don’t give up while you’re searching the best one k? While walking past a shop selling games software, we were strike by the idea of searching the “CYGWIN” software at Imbi Plaza. Anyway, the hope of searching again is beaten down by a shopkeeper who sells computer parts. He was like telling us that computer software couldn’t be found in Imbi Plaza anymore…

Time really changes everything… Now, it’s really rare to see pirated software been sold around Low Yat and Imbi Plaza area… It really changed a lot if you compare the Low Yat and Imbi Plaza with the “look” of 7 years ago… In the end we decided to go Time Square… While we’re in Time Square, 2 events caught our attention… One of it is the Super GT Carnival also known as SUPER GT MALAYSIA 2008 ROADSHOW(Super GT will be from 20-22 June in Sepang Circuit, Malaysia), and the other one was sport car road show right at the entrance of Time Square. Let me entertain you with some photo capture…

The above were the SUPER GT Carnival's snapshots

The captures on Sport Cars

Before we left Time Square, we managed to grab some bread at Bread Story. I guess I've spent almost RM10 buying buns... So, that is what we call it a day ? Of course not!!! Something really "big" happened at the Imbi Monorail Station.... Wana know what is the "big case"?

Log onto NELZ's BLOGSPOT for more interesting events that happened on this same day. You better log onto it to grab a look at one of his post dated 14 June 2008, titled "Robbers, victims and pedestrains". It's really interesting!!! Below are a few snapshots to give you a hint of what had happened...

Don't stick to the pictures over here anymore
Better keep on moving your to Nelson's Blogspot

The Day You Went Away...

Even though it's been already a month
I've left APIIT College
I'm still so used to waking up automatically at 7am
I couldn't believe that I'm having this bad habit
Since last week
I've slept till 12pm on Friday
I guess
This habit will happen ever after...
I don't want to prolong this bad habit...

I've been my dad's driver
Drove through the downtown roads
Made me refreshed lots of beautiful memories
I couldn't believe all these memories ran through my mind
Since last month
I've prevent myself to think about it
I guess
This is just God giving me the faith...
I don't want to think about it anymore...

On my way out from Digital Mall
My dad waiting at the entrance
Made me curious that whether he really gets a parking space
I couldn't believe he's lucky to get a space
Since 12:50pm
He was waiting for me at the entrance
Unfortunately
To save Rm0.60 needed to spend RM100...
I'm not blaming my father...

My first day stepping into Tractor's Malaysia
The whole team showed the effort of completing this big project
Encouraged myself to stay up for the whole evening
I couldn't believe that I'm now back with the team again
Since 4 weeks before
I'm just totally put off from all software and networking stuff
Fortunately
I'm now back to help them again...
I'm really glad that I had back my opportunity...

On the way to KLIA with xx
The sadness suddenly appeared in me
Unwilling to let this person leave KL
Made me had to make a choice from 2 options
Since 5 years ago
I really want to forget about the promise that I've made
I'm sorry
I've chosen to stay back....
Don't blame me on it...

The Day You Went Away - M2M

Verse 1
Well I wonder could it be
When I was dreaming ’bout you baby
You were dreaming of me
Call me crazy, call me blind
To still be suffering is stupid after all of this time

Pre-chorus 1
Did I lose my love to someone better
And does she love you like I do
I do, you know I really really do

Chorus
Well hey
So much I need to say
Been lonely since the day
The day you went away
So sad but true
For me there’s only you
Been crying since the day
The day you went away

Verse 2
I remember date and time
September twenty second
Sunday twenty five after nine
In the doorway with your case
No longer shouting at each other
There were tears on our faces

Pre-chorus 2
And we were letting go of something special
Something we’ll never have again
I know, I guess I really really know

Chorus
The day you went away
The day you went away

Pre-chorus 1
Chorus

Bridge
Why do we never know what we’ve got ’til it’s gone
How could I carry on
The day you went away
Cause I’ve been missing you so much I have to say
Been crying since the day
The day you went away

The day you went away
The day you went away

LeCtUrE??? Of CoUrSe NoT!!!

As usual on Thursday, we have our Human Communication and Information Skills (HCIS) lecture with Ms Dheeba in lab H at 9am. Surprisingly, the air-con this morning was not freezing. One thing big that I wanted to point out is that it is really rare to see Ms Dheeba could be punctual for class, but she did it today... **Thumbs up**

What the ****!!!(I apologise for the rude word) It's just wasting our time coming for class!!! **Thumbs down** She came in and just gave us an announcement saying that she was responsible to give a talk about "KDU" for the Sekolah Menengah Bandar Utama (2)'s students. She walked away just like that, and her last words were "You all can join the refreshment session at 10am outside the lecture hall." Sigh... I really don't know how to comment about her... I'm really thinking whether KDU College employed and paid her to be a lecturer or just a "hang-outer" in the campus.... Lolx...

PC.COM stopped by at the campus today, they were giving out their magazines and also freebies. Unfortunately, the camera is not with me, I couldn't capture photos on it...

Things that are lining-up to be complete :
1. Reply Yoga
: Sunway College’s Carnival
2. Search for the “cygwin” program
3. IWT homework : Edit my HTML to XHTML then continue with CSS
4. FOP homework : Write the syntax for Question 10
5. Clean up my foster brother’s room

Right : The announcement given by Ms Yennee

The big topic that I want to raise up this week is students form Bosvania are getting much more than last week... Kinda scared of their attributes and action... I don't know how to describe... It's really totally different from the "blackies" in APIIT College... Sigh... warning to all KDU female students, just be more cautious!!!

HTML vs XHTML

I guess you'll know what I am busy with after the first look of my title. Anyway, don't doubt about my title anymore, I'm so call "fall in love" with HTML and XHTML recently. I really have no choice as I have to master both of it to proceed further with my IWT assignment.

Ms Yennee has finished her lecture on HTML and XHTML topics, and you know what? My assignment is already out even though it's just the 2nd week of the semester. Sigh... Today (11 June 2008, Wed), she is starting a new lecture on CSS... See, how fast the pace you should carry on if you enrolled into a short semester. Not only IWT, my FOP lecturer is also now progressing as fast as the bullet train...

*** IWT - Internet and Web Technology
*** FOP - Fundamentals of Programming
(both subjects offered for students enrolling in KDU College's diploma in CS, BS or IT)

Anyway, I'm still figuring out the question of my assignment... Lots to think about and we'll have to present our idea by this week. Sigh... till now I'm still about it, I really don't have the inspiration of it... See maybe anyone who reads my post can give me some ideas... hehehe...

The question goes like this :
This is an individual project. The project is aimed to produce free online learning services for children aged between 7-12 years old. It is aimed to encourage children to learn any time and anywhere at their own pace. The learning subject could be ranged from languages, music instruments, etc. to safety at home. You are free to think of any appropriate topic for it. The proposed topic is subject to approval by the module lecturer. Please avoid plagiarism and collusion. Proven plagiarism or collusion will result in 0 marks.

A report must be produced for the following:
· Introduction and overview

· Aims and objectives of the web application
· User requirements and specification

· Proposed design specification (e.g. design paradigm, design decisions)

Storyboards The components of the website could be added with but not limited to the following:

· Home page – it is like a welcoming page and the design and contents must be able to reflect on the general aim of the website.
· Subject matter – the learning subject topic must be taught and assessed online with proper approach.
· Entertainment – since the target users are children, relevant games or some other sorts of entertainment
should be added to allow children to have fun while learning. · About – could be added
with information about the website and its general aim. · Help – could be added with help features, FAQ, and contacts.

· Credits – all the resources or references must be credited, as well as individual information (such as your
student information).

· Site Map – a site map could be added to show the overview of the navigational system. The design and layout
of the website should be appropriate for the target users.

Good Luck and have fun working with the project……
This assignment consists of 50% of the total coursework.
Start Date: 9 June 2008
Due Date: 23 July 2008 (during class)

Prepared by: Miss Yennee

Ideas... Ideas... Ideas... 2 more days to go... Lolx...
I guess I'll just sign off here... I shall enjoy my new lecture topics...

All seniors said that she is the prettiest lecturer in the Information and Multimedia Technologies Department

I'm really shocked to see him here while entering the computer lab

Guessed correctly???
You're right, it's Mr Warren...
It's really lucky to meet him back here in the lab
He's teaching the degree students in KDU

Anyway, I never expected that I had a good chat with him today
Hey 2008 March APIIT intake students , you know before chatting with him, I saw him recording the marks of your open book exams that you all did that day...

Weekend's Leisure...

Visited my aunt's house after breakfast at 10am. After stepping into my aunt's house, I saw my 2 little cousin brothers busy "working" with their Bionicle. Anyway, it's been a long time that i didn't touch LEGO. I guess now it's time to go back to the childhood days...

Showing off his hard work ???
"So many parts, how am I going to find ?""My neck hurts..."
In the end, my aunt joined the fun..."Take a break... I can't think anymore !!"
I can't stand anymore... I'm here to give a helping hand...

After the 6 hours of hard work. My eldest aunt offered to spend us a treat at Uptown Damansara's Baskin Robbin's. As usual, I ordered my usual flavour - Mint Chocolate Chip...
~ Aqua Raiders ~~ Exoforce ~

Followed my aunt to Taman Tun Dr. Ismail's pasar malam. It's been like almost 5 months I've not visited any pasar malam... It's really great to have a visit at this special day...

I accompanied my cousin brother to the basketball court. OMG!!! My soul is almost out from me. I've never expected myself to meet a person who is so alike like "xx", and also pro in basketball. Yewy, a KBU College's basketball team player. Honestly, I've been almost thinking about "it" in this whole week, I really couldn't stop thinking about "it". And now I had the chance to meet a person who looks alike like "it"... Sigh... It really made my thoughts even more complicated... "xx", I hope you're already overcome your emotions. It's time for you to make the right decision of your choice studies. Don't continue to stress yourself in IT field, and also make your mother and your friends worry about you... Cheer up, k?? All the best, Good Luck!!!

We decided to start a steamboat meal for dinner... I guess this is my first time capturing photos about my family steamboat... Easy and simple meal... Hahaha...
All the stuffs on the table... Kinda messy...
Yummy!!! Wana have some???

Sacrificing Own SlumBer...

Thanks for sharing with me of what had happened. I'm really sorry to hear about the bad news...

Ting, I'm really happy that you gained lots of experience from this case. I'm writing here to apologize, sorry for my words and intonation that I used last night, I think I've frightened you. I don't want you to experience the same bad memories as I had. I'm sorry... Anyway, it's your first time, nobody will blame you for it. I hope you can forgive me...

Nelz, wana thank you for sharing your burden with me. Don't worry, it's not your fault, and don't think about it anymore. You can't fight back the time that has passed. You've promised to learn how to control your emotions, I'm glad you've made it. Remember, always think on the bright side. So, I hope you can have a good sleep tonight, ok?

Anyway, I slept at 3:30am in the morning last night. I'm really lucky to meet Sook Yee online last night. It's been like almost 6 months I've not talked to her and keep in touch with her. Anyway, take care girl. Don't worry on your driving, you can make it to pass for your license!
!! Besides that, I couldn't figure out why did I wake up at 7am this morning. Anyway, I guess there's no dis
advantage of it. Honestly, I'm worried. Really don't want something to happen to someone.

Anyway, it's great to see that you're ok today...
Sigh... I'm totally bored at home today. Reading my notes, trying out the HTML codes and programming key codes. I totally give up on it!! CYGWIN codes really cracked my mind!! Thinking that today is Friday, I really miss Mr Warren's lecture. I just realized what are the fun of his lecture... Anyway, I've saw the news of Mr Rajini leaving APIIT. I'm now figuring out how would the PDSM (personal development and study method) tutorial session would be today. I guess it will be boring if Mdm Pritam nags and nags... Hahaha... Sorry, I guess I'm not in a mood of blogging today, I'm just randoming around with my post... It's totally a bad one... Anyway, hope you guys have fun reading today's post... Sign off !!!

Reminder : Go to collect the x-ray from hospital!!!

CYGWIN

Is time to update yourself! Anyone of you who were interested of learning programming? Now, let me tell you, NEVER start learning programming through Visual Basic Studio with C, C++ or even C# language... In other words, let me introduce you to a ideal programme to use to start working up your first programme.

Let me introduce you to "cygwin". What is this all about? Cygwin stands for GNU + Cygnus + Windows. Anyway, still don't understand? Let me tell you more about it. Cygwin is a Linux-like environment for Windows. It consists of 2 parts - a DLL (cygwin1.dll) which acts as a Linux API emulation layer providing substantial Linux API functionality and it is also a collection of tools which provide Linux look and feel.

If you're really interested with it, the cygwin DLL currently works with all recent, commercially released x86 32bit and 64 bit versions of Windows, with the exception of Windows CE. What you have to notice about it is that the official support for Windows 95, windows 98, and Windows Me will discontinued with the next major version (1.7.0) of Cygwin.

Ok, I guess you will ask me why do I introduce this programme to you... If you really want to be a skillful programmer, I strongly recommend that you start learning programming with cygwin as you get to understand the commands better and you can start memorizing the key phase through cygwin programme. It's totally different from Visual Basic Studio.

So, what are you waiting for? Start downloading cygwin at http://cygwin.com and start programming now.

2nd Day

I only have one session of class today...
IWT, lectured by Ms Yennee from 9am till 11 am
Anyway, I never expect the lecturer to be late for class again...
Sigh...
She came in and just apologise that she was late...
She didn't even apologise why she was not in class yesterday...

Anyway, her lecture is soooo boring...
All slides were shown
but no extra explanation....

Stay tune... tomorrow photo captures will be uploaded....

1st Day

~ 0000 hour ~
All emotions started to reveal last night
All the unwillingness & uncertainties
All started before my slumber
All the supports and encouragement from friends
Missing APIIT & friends
Made me cried again
Thank you very much to Raymond & Nelz...

~ 0600 hour ~
The 1st day of the day
The earliest to be in class
The blank in my mind
The old facilities surprised me
The worries revealed again and again non-stop..

~ 0800 hour ~
In class 7 boys, 2 girls
2 from Section 14
3 from Muar, Johor
1 from Maldives
1 from India
1 from Bandar Manjalera, Kepong
In total, there were just 9 of us...

~ 0838 hour ~
Ms Dheeba
lecturing Human Communication & Interpersonal Skills (HCIS)
late for 30 minutes
crabbing away with unrelated stuffs
not even willing to talk about the module
at least she dismiss us at 0900 hour

~ 1020 hour ~
Ms Mak
lecturer for Fundementals of Programming (FOP)
late for 20 minutes
we waited outside the computer lab
were prohibited from walking in without our student ID's
Added another new student, Boy from Chiang Mai...

Sigh...
Ms Mak's English is totally Malaysian English
Really low standard
Her language really confused the foreign students
Final exams - 50%, Mid-term - 20& & Assignments - 30%
That's all she talk about in the first 1 hour
Then early 1 hour dismiss...

~ 1200 hour ~
It suppose to be
Internet & Web Techology (IWT)
waited for 30 minutes outside Lab C
lecturer didn't turned out
"Is that the habit of all KDU's lecturer being late for class"
This is what runs across my mind
In the end, we just walk away...

Sigh...
The bad impression of KDU relveals in me on this 1st day

My advice : IT students, never enroll yourself into KDU !!!
Better go to APIIT College or even TARC College

Management, registration and payment
Really troubles and irritates you...

These 2 souvenirs are also for 2 special person... hehehe...
Wait to receive it ya... hahaha

Time Square's Outing

Went to Time Square yesterday with Nelz and one of my secondary friend, Kah Yee.
We ended up playing 4 games of bowling.
Nelz won twice, and Kah Yee and I both won once.
A big warning here
Never eat in Time Square's Gasoline...
The service there is totally fail.
The 1st time I went there was full and they didn't bother to usher you for seats.
Well, yesterday was the 2nd time.
They have to spend about like 40 minutes to dine Nelz's order - Cheese Baked Rice with Seafood...
Sigh...
I'm glad that I get to buy the book that I want from Borders Bookshop...

Hey guys, I wana apologise here if I made both of you bored!!! :P

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm starting college in a new environment next Monday
Sigh...
3 subjects only in 1 short semester
Human Communication & Info Skills, Fundementals of Programming, Internet & Web Technologies
Sigh...
What I'm worry of is not the new environment
It's just that I think this is really the 1st time
Providing me a hard time to overcome a big obstacle

Normally I will adapt to a new environment very fast
But now, I think everything starts up side down...
Honestly, I really still miss every corner of APIIT College
I really still miss my friends and course mates
I really miss the fun & enjoyment in class
I really also miss the lecturers
(especially Ms Melissa's class)
(although some were kinda.... hehehe... you know...)

Anyway, good luck & all the best to my friends in APIIT
I promise, I will be back to study in APIIT/UCTI
After my 2 years' Diplomma Programme!!!

Wait till we meet again...
